This week our Board meets on campus. This means that many people have flown in from around the world to meet and discuss LCC. As I have probably mentioned before, I love how our board has open sessions. This means that any faculy and staff are welcome to sit in and observe board proceedings during many of its sessions. I learn so much about LCC, how it began, and where it is headed each time I sit and listen. As a member of the Student Life management team I also sit in and participate in the Student Life subcommittee meeting. We have 3 board members who specifically sit and talk with us about what they key issues in Student Life are. Here is a photo of the Student Life Subcommittee group.
