Belgium is also know for the beer that they make. There is an old brewery in the center of Brugge that we took a tour of on Monday morning. It was an interesting way to spend the morning (though the Budweiser tour in St. Louis was actually more informative about the brewing process.) At the end of the tour you could turn in your ticket for a free sample of their most popular product - Brugse Zot.

It's a tradition in Belgium (maybe elsewhere as well?) to only drink
beer in a glass with it's name on it.
