Amanda and I got together last night for dinner. We typically like to make some spicy exotic ethnic food. This time we decided to use what I had on hand and make something a bit more tame. I hand most everything we needed for a tasty batch of nachos, so we made a quick trip to Iki and then made this delicious supper...
