Amanda is here!

Amanda is here!  Amanda is a friend/former GC student/fellow LifeSpringer that is going to be working at LCC this year.  She will be the RD of Neumann West, so she will be on my team.  I'm quite excited to have her here!  :)  We're the only Res Lifers here so far, so we've been spending a lot of time together - helping her get used to LCC and Klaipeda. 

This photo was taken at my place one evening this week. We've made lots of yummy fresh veggie and pasta dishes and plates upon plates of bruschetta. It's been a delicious week!  :)
